How do we get started working with Brainwave Tech?

Question

Accepted Answer

Getting started is straightforward. Here is our process from first contact to project kick-off: Step 1 — Initial Consultation (Free): Fill out our contact form or send us a WhatsApp message. We will schedule a 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals, challenges, and vision. Step 2 — Proposal & Quote: Within 48 hours of the consultation, we send you a detailed proposal — scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. No vague estimates. Step 3 — Agreement & Deposit: Once you approve the proposal, we send a simple service agreement for signing. A 50% deposit confirms your spot in our schedule. Step 4 — Discovery & Planning: We kick off with a deep-dive session to finalise requirements, create wireframes (if applicable), and build the project plan with milestones. Step 5 — Build & Review: Development begins. You receive progress updates weekly and are invited to review the work at key milestones before we move forward. Step 6 — Launch & Handover: We deploy your product, hand over all assets and credentials, and walk you through everything you need to manage it going forward. The entire process is designed to keep you informed and in control at every stage. We do not disappear for weeks and reappear with a finished product — you are part of the process.
